We support NDIS participants to build independence, develop employment skills, access the community and achieve their work and personal goals. Our personalised services provide practical assistance with employment, workplace participation and accessible travel, helping participants build confidence and take an active role in their community

Private Cleaning

  • We provide safe and reliable assistance with travel and transport, helping participants access employment, education, appointments, shopping, social activities and other community destinations. Our support encourages participants to develop confidence and greater independence when travelling in the community.

  • We support participants to access and maintain meaningful employment by building workplace skills, confidence and independence. Support can include preparing for work, developing workplace communication skills, understanding workplace routines, learning job-related tasks and receiving on-the-job assistance when required.

Support can include workplace coaching, mentoring, job-related skill development, workplace adjustments and assistance with completing work tasks, helping participants build confidence and independence at work.

Health & Therapeutic Supports

We provide personalised health and therapeutic supports designed to promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life for NDIS participants. Our services can assist with disability-related health needs and connect participants with appropriate qualified professionals and therapeutic support. NDIS notes that disability-related health supports may include services provided by nurses or qualified therapists when they relate to a participant’s disability.

  • Our community nursing services provide professional, person-centred nursing support in the comfort of a participant’s home or community environment. Support can be tailored to individual disability-related health needs and may include health monitoring, wound and pressure care, continence support, diabetes management, seizure monitoring and other appropriate nursing assistance.

We work alongside participants to connect them with suitable providers and community services, coordinate their supports, build confidence and develop the skills needed to make informed decisions and work towards their goals.
